I love it! the octopus looks exactly like what’s shown in the listing. the packaging was very secure, no need to worry about it getting damaged in shipping. apparently it was a day late in shipping (i honestly didn’t notice) but they kept updating the shipping details the whole way and now i have a $1 coupon, so it’s all good. an unexpected benefit is the octopus shape where it’s thick at the base and narrow at the top is very comfortable. i have long thin hair and the small size works for me, but if you have any volume at all you’ll probably want a larger one
