It's great to wear on your head when going into the sauna bath. It doesn't cover your entire head, but that's okay. It's also good to use while exercising! Since there are 4 of them, I'll use them in rotation.

I wear these about almost everyday. I also use them to hold my edges down too. I love thicker size headbands cause they have good coverage. It’s hard to find thicker head bands at a good price. They fit very well me and my cousins all have different size heads and they fit all of use right.
