I have bought a few times and in 2 of those times, many items were missing from the delivery. In the last purchase, a total of 150 bracelets were missing, which is truly absurd. When contacting the company, the solution to the case was neglected and I am still waiting for a refund that was promised but hasn't happened. I have been waiting for 3 months, it's lamentable the treatment the company gives to its customers.
