It arrived exactly on the day indicated. It can't be styled while propped up on a table, it falls over, you'll have to buy a tripod, although I don't think it's worth it since its hair falls out a lot; I think by the time the tripod arrived, it would no longer have hair to style. I've tried to apply makeup to it and the mark has stayed there; there's no way to remove it, and it was just a low-pigment eyeshadow.
