They are as described, they fit me very well. I have slim wrists and often these wristbands are too big for me and water still leaks anyway. If you have not so slim wrists, they can still fit you since they stretch.

These are great!! the headband is a little snug, but the wrist bands are a perfect fit. water does not get by them. the headband keeps all my hair out of my face.
