It arrived with some kind of defect in chain which was disappointing. also the 2 butterflies arrived in 2 different directions so i had to remove 1 of them and put it back in right direction which was equally annoying. overall cheap material and i dont think it will last long but i got it free with credits so i have no problem. looks pretty cute tho.

The necklace is very cute however the bigger butterfly charm was not "sealed" on correctly and kept coming off and was hard to out and keep back on. hopefully an easy fix with some pliers though. no communication from the store but delivery was well.
