I had to check the measurements on the glasses and they're definitely big enough to fit just anyone (length: 35cm)
I bought 3 similar glasses from different stores and concluded that the darker colors are the ones that protect the most sunlight. I don't think the glasses are actually made for sunlight protection and more for style, but if you do go for protection go for the darker colors.
Out of all 3 glasses, these one are a little bulky on the temple tip. But i do have a larger head than anyone i've met. They do fit and look as good as expected.
