My glasses with a frame of sort of more body weight than the average kept sagging forward. Frustrating. But, i found these tiny drop-like slide stoppers on aliexpress . . . And, they self-glued on the part where ode touched the frame. Problem solved!

They're alright, not sure it does much. These feel like little soft rubber /silicone bubbles with a little air inside of them, i thought it was going to be solid soft silicone.
Adhesive backing on them seems good.
