You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Standard returns have a €4.00 EUR (approximately $4.66 USD) flat-rate return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible. Contact us before sending anything back.
