How do delivery and returns work?

To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. I didn't even comb it, but it just kept falling out. However, they gave me a refund, so I'm giving 5 stars... The black one wasn't like this, but I don't know why the brown one is like this.

It's not what I expected and the color I chose doesn't really match my hair, but I'm going to use it anyway 😭 it looks cute (a bit fake) but it arrived with very little hair and a strange smell that I could compare to the smell of raw meat. I think it's okay for the price, but it's definitely not as abundant as in the picture.
