Small plastic spring with multiple sizes, super practical for adjusting your rings. A little tip: wrap it around the ring 3 or 4 times maximum, and not all the way around, as it might get in the way. I recommend it!

Not sure it would really work like a charm because i already feel pointy tips on each end poke my skin. That is the case for my thicker ring. (i hade to stretch the spring to fit the band. Maybe that's why.) But for the thinner one, i think it solves the problem wonderfully.

So much better than the stretchy cord i was previously using. I had to reduce 1/2 size and cut to make fit. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.
