Returns

The design and colours are different from the pictures in the ad. i was expecting dark green and brown stones like the ad but i got light green, almost lemon, and orange ones. so the whole look and vibe are completely different! i was very disappointed. at least i got a refund without any problems.

I understand that it's being sold at a discount, but no one has said that care in work is no longer required. The sizes of the shell beads are significantly different, and that ruins everything!

The beads arrived in a consolidated package. They look very beautiful, but I deducted one star because there was a single bead lying in the package; it seems they tried to attach it to the assembly unit by heating it with a lighter and wanted to cover it up with that bead, but it didn't even survive the delivery process and fell off. And the beads themselves are tied in knots so that all the beads don't fall apart if they become untied or break - I liked that, but they forgot to tie some places between the beads, and in one place they left a large gap (about a cm). Although there are some minor drawbacks, overall the beads look great.
