To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. I asked specifically for the packages to be delivered to the door 🚪 Why two were in the mailbox and my husband had the key while at work during the day really passed me off now i have to wait the mail lady i caught at the box but had already entered it to the box.she is only doing her job by not letting me get it. Do better with usps shipping communication for the customer. So no pictures yet 😕 It's received but still in my mailbox direct outside my place because all can't follow direct directions
