To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. I was excited to receive this human hair for my boho locks. The hair is absolutely beautiful. The curl pattern is consistent from the top of the bundle to the bottom of the bundle. All the cuticles are aligned so i feel like this hair will not tangle. I love that. This hair was bundled and separated nicely. There is no smell to the hair and the hair is gorgeous.

Crazy how this texture has been the most low maintenance texture. I’ve gotten thus far. I think because it’s so curly i have to do nothing in between watch day. The most i will do is spritz it with a spray bottle, but that’s rare. I never have to brush it out because it’s curly and it looks good regardless. I’m literally obsessed with his hair!
